I'm Julia
I am a certified Health Coach with a Bachelor of Health Science, specialising in lifestyle behaviour change that helps people create meaningful and sustainable improvements in their wellbeing. My coaching is designed to support you to gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to be an informed, active participant in your own health care. My approach is practical, evidence‑informed, and centred around helping you achieve goals that genuinely matter to you.
With a strong background in sport and exercise, I bring both knowledge and energy to my work. I coach netball, am a qualified personal trainer, and am certified to design safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise programmes. I also teach group fitness and offer one‑on‑one personal training in clients’ homes throughout Wellington.
I’m passionate about helping people feel well, move well, and live with greater confidence — whether that’s through personal coaching or workplace wellbeing.
